TRX Classes

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

With just a single piece of equipment, you can perform a virtually endless amount of Suspension Training Exercises to achieve any fitness or performance goal.

With the flexibility to modify resistance by adjusting body position, the exercises are safe and effective for all fitness levels.

With TRX© you’ll use your own body weight and gravity to push, pull, lunge, squat, hinge and plank your way to a better you. You can expect to move, sweat, shuffle, but above all, have a great workout experience.

Dates and Times?

We will be running three classes a week starting from Tuesday 21 March at 6pm.

  • Tuesday 6  - 6.30pm
  • Wednesday 6 - 6.30pm
  • Thursday 6 - 6.30pm
