Yoga class update

Due to instructor availability on a Monday evening, the Yoga classes at 6.15pm and 8.15pm respectively, are currently an adapted class which includes a selection of Yoga and Pilates with a section of relaxation to finish.

The classes are currently not categorised for specific abilities as highlighted on the programme, and as such are open for everybody to attend.

We are currently in the middle of a recruitment drive in the hope to fill the vacancy ASAP with a qualified Yoga instructor.
