What is it?

Aerobic means air and oxygen. In aerobic classes, you should still be able to carry out a normal conversation while exercising. If you are struggling to breath while talking, you are probably working anaerobically. When working anaerobically, you will tire faster and your muscles are likely to be sore once the exercise is over.

East Riding Leisure Beverley offers three different aerobic classes: Aerobics, Healthy Lifestyles and Zumba.
