Here at East Riding Leisure Driffield we have exercise classes to suit all levels and abilities.

We run over 30 classes every week so there's sure to be a class available to suit you.

New classes

RPM Mondays 6.45am 

RPM Tuesdays 6.45am

BODYCOMBAT Wednesdays 6.45am

BODYPUMP Thursdays 6.45am 

SH'BAM - time will change to 9.30am - 10.15am

BALANCE - time will change to 10.15am - 11.15am

NEW CLASS FIT STEPS - will run 11.15am - 12noon

Class booking and admission guidelines

Booking

Bookings can be made 7 days in advance for members.  Non-members can book 6 days in advance and must pay on booking.

Cancellations

If the place has been paid for, it can be transferred to the following week if 24 hours notice is given.

Attendance

Safe and effective professional exercise classes require a warm up.  Please arrive on time for classes so we can achieve this professionalism.

Most classes are suitable for 14 years upwards, however this is at the discretion of the fitness coach and excludes classes which include the use of weights.  No restrictions for 16 years upwards.
