Junior Gym

Young people from 14 to 16 years are welcome in our gym when they come with a responsible adult (16 years and over).

Anyone wanting to use our gyms must firstly have an induction with one of our qualified instructors which takes approximately one hour.  At the induction, you will be shown how to use our top of the range, high spec equipment safely and appropriately.

On a Tuesday and Thursday between 3.30pm and 5pm, we run Junior gym sessions where young people aged 14 to 16 years can attend the gym on their own.
