It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
30 minute classes also offer 30 minute personal reviews on the TRX where customers can book in with an instructor at any time when an instructor is free.
