There is no need to book - just turn up on the day. All walks are FREE and are of various lengths. The idea of the walks is that they help improve your health. You are encouraged to walk at your own pace, but at a pace which makes your heart beat a little faster and your breathing a little quicker. Walking is an excellent way to meet people and make new friends.
We go out whatever the weather so you will need waterproof (shower proof) jackets. Wear loose comfortable clothing and stout shoes/ boots as some walks may be muddy. We suggest that you bring a small bottle of water as well.
