Here at East RIding Leisure South Holderness, we currently run the very popular Les Mills™ class, BODYBALANCE™



Wednesdays 7 - 8pm

Body Balance, This yoga-based class is for anyone. Help improve your body and mind. With help from our experienced Les Mills instructor and combined with an inspired soundtrack learn elements of Tai Chi & Pilates.

Classes are free to SURE Card Members and East Riding Leisure South Holderness Premier Members.

Class booking and admission guidelines


Bookings can be made 7 days in advance for members.  Non-members can book 6 days in advance and must pay on booking.


If the place has been paid for, it can be transferred to the following week if 24 hours notice is given.


Safe and effective professional exercise classes require a warm up.  Please arrive on time for classes so we can achieve this professionalism.

Most classes are suitable for 14 years upwards, however this is at the discretion of the fitness coach and excludes classes which include the use of weights.  No restrictions for 16 years upwards.
