Healthy Body + Healthy Mind = Wellbeing
East Riding Leisure and East Riding Libraries have teamed up to highlight the importance of mental and physical health this winter, with some facts, time saving top tips and easy suggestions to improve your wellbeing.
Both services will be showcasing the benefits that small changes and daily practises can have on our mental and physical health, and how both aspects are intrinsically linked.
Hints, advice and information about services will be shared across their social media on Facebook @ERLeisure and @ERLibraries and Twitter @ERLeisure and @ERLibraries, signposting to great resources including East Riding Leisure's free YouTube channel full of workouts, vlogs and short exercises and East Riding Libraries audio books, online magazines and library of health and wellbeing books - all free to download or borrow using the order and collect library service throughout this lockdown.
