The therapy of fitness and being listened to was marvellous. I had seen my GP but sadly they were too busy to listen and I never got to the bottom of the problem. Subsequently, I am not a pill popper and didn't want medication to fix the problem of mental stability.
The dual advice on health and mental fitness has been a life saver
All the staff made me realise that I mattered and made me feel human again, I feel a sense of achievement, I have a lot more energy and I have lost over 2 stone.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Live Well program to anyone who needs to lose weight or even if they need support as I'm a lot more confident and enjoy life again.

Chloe is the most friendly, helpful enthusiastic and patient trainer (and person) I have ever met. She is an absolute star and helped me so much when I was visiting the gym. She should be very proud and East Riding Leisure are lucky to have such a great employee ... it's from the heart.
I am so impressed with the swimming course and instruction my little boy receives at Haltemprice. In just two blocks he is now swimming independently (with the aid of his biscuits) and gets so excited every week when I tell him its his lessons. He laughs, he splashed, he jumps in off the side, he can climb out the pool by himself safely, and he swims! Thanks you so much! We can't wait to continue the programme in September
