Health Plus is available to all East Riding Leisure pay-monthly members free of charge. The programme includes three one-to-one training sessions with our qualified fitness professionals, a personalised workout plan to suit you, and nutritional advice to help boost your energy and manage a healthy weight.

Health Plus includes a Boditrax full body scan. As a member of East Riding Leisure, you get exclusive access to state-of-the-art Boditrax precision body composition scans.

You can monitor changes in your body composition and see how all your hard work is really changing your health and physique whilst setting training goals around meaningful statistics tailored to you.

Boditrax uses a medically approved body analyser. It creates personal profiles for each individual and a detailed report to help manage weight loss, increase energy or fitness levels, boost wellbeing and aid professional training.

The Boditrax machine is available at East Riding Leisure Beverley, Bridlington, Driffield, Francis Scaife (Pocklington), Goole College, Haltemprice, Hornsea, South Holderness and Withernsea.

Boditrax scan appointments take around 30 minutes.

Members are advised to allow 3 months between appointments to show your progress.

Why not do your Boditrax scan with Health Plus? It is a free 30-day workout programme with three one-to-one sessions with our fitness instructors, available to members of East Riding Leisure.

You are eligible for a free Boditrax appointment at East Riding Leisure if you:

  • Are an East Riding Leisure member
  • It's been more than 3 months since you're last Boditrax appointment
Please note: Boditrax cannot be used if you have a pacemaker, while pregnant or are under 16 years old.

You can book your appointment for a free Boditrax scan by asking at reception, at your leisure centre.

What devices can I use?

During your first Boditrax appointment, you can create an account. Creating an account allows you to access your results after your appointment and track your results over time.

To access your results, you can log in to the Boditrax website, or you can download the app for your device.
