We fully appreciate that this very difficult decision will greatly inconvenience many of our customers, for which we can only apologise. Our staff are currently contacting all customers with existing bookings to inform them of the situation. With regard to the centres payments and charges, all charges for cancelled block bookings, classes and courses can be refunded or credited against future bookings.
All core and corporate membership payments will be automatically suspended, members do not have to request a suspension. All payments for swimming lessons using our easy payment scheme will also be suspended. All swimming lesson customers who have paid in advance for lessons will be credited and backdated to Monday 16th March. These can used against future lessons or refunded when centres reopen.
Our instructors will continue to support customers as best we can to continue to be active at home through home exercise programmes and telephone advice and support.
