Each centre’s Tone Zone has a large free weights area which includes free benches, a preacher curl bench and a selection of free bars and accessories.
Build your strength with our high-spec weight machines
Weight machines are the best way to start and maintain healthy and safe weight-based workouts. The machines will allow you to build ideal form, reducing the risk of over- or under-exerting your muscles.

Younger users are welcome to join our junior gym sessions
We welcome 14-16-year-olds into our ToneZone gyms, providing they first have an induction and then always attend the gym with a responsible adult who is over the age of 16.
With a membership 14-16-year-olds can also access our junior classes; we also have a membership for 16-18-year-olds, enabling you to use our health suites and attend adult classes.
Create the strongest version of you with TRX training
TRX harnesses the power of gravity and time under tension to fire up muscles you never knew existed for better, faster strength training results.
Be confident using the gym with help from our instructors
Anyone wanting to use our gyms must first have an induction with one of our qualified instructors which takes around one hour.
At the induction, you will be shown how to use our fitness equipment safely and appropriately.
We also offer an online induction and gym equipment demonstration videos.
