About the personal trainers

All of the personal trainers working within our East Riding Leisure centres do so on a self-employed basis; they all:

  • Have a level 3 PT qualification as a minimum
  • Have previous experience in the fitness industry
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in personal training
  • Have knowledge of diet and nutrition
  • Have the appropriate public liability insurance
  • Have an up-to-date DBS check
  • Are approachable, friendly, and engaging.

Personal trainer costs vary depending on who you choose to work with and the range of services they offer. They offer a range of options and will be happy to discuss packages and pricing with you depending on your needs.

Please note: you need to be over 18 years old to book with the personal trainers who work within East Riding Leisure centres.
