If you wish to pay for your membership monthly via Direct Debit, you will need:
- your bank account details
- bank address
- driving licence or proof of address, such as utility or tax bill
To fully complete your application, please have ready:
- emergency contact details
- GP contact details
- head and shoulder photograph to upload
- your membership card number, if you wish to reactivate your current or old card
Our online join form usually takes about 20 minutes to complete and is the fastest way to become a member.
A dual membership discount is available on our Premier and Fitness+ memberships.
Save 20% off the second membership; a discount of up to £6.60 a month! Save 10% off the combined monthly total of both memberships; a discount of up to £6.60 a month!
Both members must be set up on the same type of membership; Premier or Fitness+.
Please note: dual membership isn't available by joining online; please go into your centre for more information, and to set up your dual membership.
Dual members can be your partner, parents or children aged 18 or over.
Please make sure your new member comes with you when you visit your centre, and bring everything listed on the What do I need to apply? tab with you.
