LES MILLS Dance is a brand-new class set to reinvent the dance experience.

Booking is available for members 4 days in advance (18 June), and 3 days in advance for non-members (19 June).

Please note the following:

  • 1 This is a free event. Places are limited and booking online in advance is advised. Under 16s must be supervised by an adult.

  • 2 Fitness classes which use weights, such as Body Pump are not available to 14 - 16-year-olds, due to age restrictions.

  • 3 All activity equipment is available to borrow.

How to book

Be one of the first to try the new releases!

If you’re thinking about your health and fitness, and are considering attending a class, now is your chance to come and try one for free!

All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel.

Already a member? Why not bring along a friend?

Booking is available for members 4 days in advance (18 June), and 3 days in advance for non-members (19 June).

Gym

See all the fantastic facilities Francis Scaife has to offer, including their gym

Try out the Tone Zone gym anytime from 9am until 5pm, just ask at reception on the day, and they will get you signed in.

Please ensure that you watch the online induction video in full prior to using any equipment.

If you are unsure about using any equipment when visiting our gyms, please ask a member of our fitness team who will be happy to help.

Pool and sauna

Cool down with a refreshing swim or work up a sweat in the sauna

Free public swimming and use of the sauna is available all afternoon, from 12pm until 4pm.

Swimming lessons will take place as normal in the morning.

No booking is requred for using either the pool or sauna. Hourly sessions will be operated at busy times.

The child admission policy applies; under 8’s must be accompanied by an adult in the swimming pool.

Sauna rules must be followed; users must be aged 16+.

If you're interested in becoming an instructor, come along to the LES MILLS Launch at East Riding Leisure Francis Scaife on Saturday, 22 June 2024, and talk to us about how to get qualified.

A limited number of free training spaces are available for the right candidates.

LES MILLS instructors help others to fall in love with fitness every day. LES MILLS are on a mission to create a Fitter Planet and are searching for people who can deliver an incredible workout experience.

You don't have to currently be working in fitness; the only requirement is that you're ready to work up a sweat and bring your A-game!

LES MILLS workouts are incredibly diverse, including HIIT, cycle, core, cardio and yoga classes - as well as the iconic Pump Pump programme. With choreography and music updated every three months, it's easy to keep you and your participants motivated!
