One activity, every day

It could be walking the dog, a brisk walk to the shops or a few stretches in the morning, or something more rigorous like a run, sporting activity or session at the gym, class or swim.

Whilst helping your own physical and mental health you could also be helping your local Hull & East Yorkshire Mind charity and those in need this January and beyond.
