    Location accessibility

At East Riding Leisure we pride ourselves in providing a top class leisure experience to all, both online and in person. With this in mind we have various facilities and services in place for users with disabilities, to ensure they receive the same level of enjoyment from our facilities as everybody else.

If you feel that you will need assistance on your visit to the leisure centre, we will only be too happy to help. You can contact reception at your chosen centre prior to your visit to make arrangements for someone to meet you on arrival.

    Interpreting and translation facilities

We want to make our services accessible to everyone and we understand that English is not everyone's first language. So we try to provide a range of interpreting and translation facilities to meet your needs. Leaflets, on request, will be provided in alternative formats, including Braille, audio or large print format, please contact reception at your chosen centre.

    Website accessibility

We are working to make content on this website easy for everyone to find, read and understand, and to make it compatible with assistive technologies which are developed in line with accessibility standards. Find out more about our website accessibility.

    Breastfeeding friendly

East Riding Leisure acknowledges and supports the rights of women to breastfeed their children in all public areas of their premises. If the mother is happy to feed her baby in a public area, then she should be made to feel comfortable to continue. If the mother wishes to feed her baby in private, our staff should be knowledgeable and advise her of the facilities available.
