A virtual parking permit means your car is registered on our database so you don't need to get a ticket from the Pay and Display ticket machine to put in your car.

Eligible members with a virtual parking permit can park at East Riding Leisure Beverley, East Riding Leisure Bridlington, Flamborough Road car park, East Riding Leisure Hornsea, Broadway car park or Sands Lane car park without using the ticket machines.

Customers can have up to two vehicle registration numbers per permit.

You're eligible to buy a virtual parking permit if any of the following apply:

• you pay by direct debit or annually for an East Riding Leisure membership (any tier)
• you pay by direct debit for children's gymnastics or swimming lessons at East Riding Leisure Beverley
• you subscribe to a HealthiER programme

Customers on casual memberships (pay as you go) and 1-month promotional memberships are not eligible for a virtual parking permit, instead, please follow the parking rules for Pay and Display car parks.

Don't worry, when you buy a permit online, the form will ask for your membership number and date of birth to check if you are eligible. If the form says you aren't eligible, but you believe you should be, please get in touch.

A Virtual Permit is an annual charge of £5 and is valid for the duration of your memberships

• East Riding Leisure Beverley: 4 hours
• East Riding Leisure Bridlington: 3 hours
  • Bridlington's Flamborough Road car park: 3 hours
• East Riding Leisure Hornsea: 4 hours
  • Hornsea's Broadway car park: 4 hours
  • Hornsea's Sands Lane car park: 4 hours

If you wish to stay for longer than your permitted time, you will need to use the Pay and Display ticket machine to pay for any extra hours. Please note: permit holders are not eligible to claim back parking payment for their extended stay.

You can have two vehicles registered to your permit.

When you first buy your virtual permit online, you will be asked to add up to two vehicles to it.

If you need to change the vehicle details once the virtual permit becomes active, you can do this using the form below.

Before you open the form to change your vehicle details, please make sure you have the following available:

• your credit/debit card for the £2.50 payment
• leisure membership number
• date of birth associated with the membership.

Please note: each alteration to vehicles on your permit will cost £2.50

Other changes to your membership are free to change, such as your address, and can be done by contacting the Central Leisure team.

Once you have submitted your application it can take up to 7 working days for your permit to become active. You will receive confirmation once it is ready to use.

Please note: If you use the car parks before you receive confirmation you will need to collect a ticket in the usual way. Not doing so will result in a parking fine.
